Have you tried the Log Book function?

Drivers logbooks are time-consuming, complicated and error-prone in practice. Efficient data collection is a must in fleet management.

We have a solution that removes the need for laborious hand-written log books, and gives flexibility to allow both the drivers and administrators to add notes digitally, and assign the job to a client.

Our Logbook function allows you to allocate trips easily to specific customers for record keeping or invoices. 

To use the Logbook function:

  1. Log into the Mobile App
  2. Go to Trips and find the one you want to assign
  3. Select Add Notes
  4. Assign trips as Business or Private, add the Customer and any other relevant notes

Helpful Hint: You can log into the Web Application, go to Reports and run a Log Book report.
