Do you compare your trips for fleet efficiency?

Our Trip Comparison function is a treasure trove of information that can help you make the best decisions when it comes to scheduling your fleets trips. Using historical information of past trips your fleet have made, you can compare the data and discover which routes are more efficient.

Conveniently, in one screen you can compare up to six vehicles (or assets) over a date range you define.

The different vehicles movements are superimposed into one map allowing you to easily see each trips information. This includes the distance, time of day, driving time and idling time. This information will allow you to make the best decisions for routes taking into consideration the time of day and the most efficient route available to get your fleet from A to B with ease.

Let’s take a look at some examples, and how to set up a trip comparison in your system.

In this example, the Compare Trips function was used to verify whether some equipment had been used on a certain orchard. This allowed the client to verify that a task had been completed, and assisted with scheduling these tasks.

This second example shows whether the fleet had serviced all the areas where they render services. This is a good example of keeping track of multiple trips related to one area in one screen, rather than checking on each vehicle’s individual trip

How to set up the Compare Trips function
